Just wanted to let you know that we are really appreciating Anand and his conscientious attention to the cleaning of our building.  Staff from upstairs have taken the time to tell me what a great job he is doing, and downstairs we have all noticed the new high level of service.

Not only is he thorough and helpful and understanding, we have also noticed that he does all his work with a smile for everyone here and we are enjoying seeing him.

It has only emphasised to us what crap cleaners we had before Anand.  Please pass on our compliments.

If you have a system where you receive nominations for employees of the month I would definitely recommend Illa & Arwin.  They do a great job with the cleaning and they are always on time.  However what stands out with them is their fantastic attitude, they are always smiling, gracious, happy and a pleasure to have around.  This goes above and beyond expected service.  It is always lovely to see them when they visit us on Fridays.
