Composting is a natural process of decomposition that turns garden and kitchen waste into a fertile, organic soil conditioner. Composting is sometimes referred to as organic recycling. Plants grown in freshly composted soil will flourish and often have more resistance to pests.

This service also includes the removal of small shrubs and trees. For large jobs your cleancorp franchisee can arrange for a tree specialist to undertake this task.
All services and prices quoted include the removal of all cuttings.

GUTTER GUARDS & CLEANING
Gutters need to be cleared regularly to avoid water build up and overflow that causes damage to your roof and house. Navigating your way around gutters can be dangerous and you may risk damage to the roof itself.
Our staff have the equipment and training that will ensure that your gutters are cleaned quickly without leaving a mess or damaging your roof or gutters.

We do all the work and then undertake a thorough clean up at the completion of the work to ensure that you regain the use of your garden and yard. We will take care of both hard and green waste and this service is an extremely cost effective solution for your clean up needs.

WATER TANKS
The use of water tanks or rainwater tanks specifically is a method of water conservation. Investing in a Bailey Water Tank makes good sense, regardless of whether you’re in an urban or rural area.
There are plenty of good reasons to install a Bailey Water Tank:

· You may want to pay less for your water around your home

ROOF CATCHMENT AREA
As a guide to collection capacity, consider that each 1mm of rain = 1 Litre of
water per square metre (m2) of roof area, then allow a 15% wastage factor.
Another rule of thumb is that the smaller the catchment area the larger the tank because when it rains there is a need to capture as much as possible of the run-off.
WATERING YOUR GARDEN, MAKE EVERY DROP COUNT
Water early in the morning or at dusk to avoid evaporation wastage. Never water in the middle of a hot sunny day. Water droplets act like magnifying glasses which couple with the suns rays can fry tender foliage and scald fruit.

CLG is designed to keep you doing what you do best; we take care of the Lawns & Garden while you enjoy the fruits of your labour. Quite simply we mow the lawns, we clean the property, we tend your garden, we prune your trees, and we compost, fertilize and plant, service and tend your vegetable garden for highest productivity when you’re away from the property. We also give you great tips on how to keep the garden growing.
I don’t really know my way around a garden – do you give ‘Education’ as such?
Yes, it’s called ‘Tui Time’. These are guided video tutorials around the gardening by qualified Garden Instructor with up to 3 other people just like you. It’s a great way to get to know the Who, What and How to higher productivity, and each session is absolutely free. Sessions cover everything from Lawns, Flowers, fruits & Vegetables. Your registration & membership keeps you informed each month with compelling news on the Who, What & How’s around the garden.
How much does it cost to go Sustainable? Raised Vege Bed, Composter & Water Harvester
Not as much as you might think. We have a range of Kit Set Options starting from $15.00 a week for 12 months. The price depends on the Kit Set you choose and how long you’d like to commit, You could also pay the Kit Set price upfront and only pay for the maintenance each month, remembering the pay off is fresh vegetables, herbs, or medicinal herbs.
Kit Set prices start from $780.00 up to $2885.00 delivered and installed prices can vary depending on your requirements.
What’s does it cost to maintain my lawn & garden?
You get to decide how often we call, when and what you need with our consultants, we recommend working out a budget and affordability, That gives us a chance to give you few suggestions, a good rule of thumb… you save more money if you combine a lawn service with a garden service on the same visit. It reduced cost for us both; the frequency of service calls can be as often as weekly to monthly depending on you.

Do I have a choice in how long I join for?
We don’t believe in making you commit beyond what’s reasonable. There’s no point signing up for 3 years if you’re only going to be around for 1. Results come over time so we offer you a choice of duration periods starting at 12 months .You need to weigh up the price advantage of choosing longer duration against the actual commitment you can make to your maintenance regime.
What happens to my Lawns & Gardens if I want to go away on holiday?
Easy. You have the option to suspend your L&G program after consulting with your operator. You can even do this more than once, depending on the length of your contract. All you have to do is inform us at least one week in advance to be able to stop the next payment coming out of your account. Suspensions do not reduce your Minimum Contract Period, which is extended by the suspension period. You can pick up Suspension Forms from your operators or our website.
How can I introduce a friend to cleancorp Lawn & Garden?
