Cleancorp provides a strong back up team committed to supporting you with access to experts in tall aspects of cleaning, marketing and training. We have the experience and knowledge to assist you in all areas of your business. Our training program includes:

• Orientation
  You will receive the cleancorp Operations Manual and thorough training on our systems, procedures, policies and culture.

• Business Development
  An Operations Manager will be available to provide assistance and monitor performance if required.

• Customer care
  We will provide you with comprehensive 'Customer Care" Program.  This includes how to care for your customers and business etiquette specific to the cleaning environment.

• Technical training
  We show you how to perform the work in an efficient and effective manner by using the best cleaning practices and methods available. This means that you get the job done quickly and efficiently every time.

• On-site training and procedures
  On-site training is an intensive and thorough training programme that focuses on training you in the specific cleaning requirements for each individual client's premises. It is an effective means by which to implement our systems and to define cleancorp's exceptionally high standards. We continue to improve our systems and provide information that is relevant to you and your clients. There will also be opportunities for you to share knowledge and information with other franchisees.

• On-going support
  Our Franchsie Support Office has a business development team idedicated to promoting the cleancorp difference and attaining new business for franchsiees. Their continual efforts ensure that cleancorp can offer new franchisees quality clients while also giving our existing franchises an opportunity to increase their existing portfolio of clients. Our business development team also provides a range of services including quoting, client follow up and customer service.
