I have been with Cleancorp for almost two years and have seen a lot of expansion. Our market share and profile in this competitive industry keeps growing every year due to the excellent service the franchise provides.
Internally the company has grown rapidly but Cleancorp has managed to cope by continuing to provide excellent service to its customer and franchisees. Cleancorp has developed an amazing administration and operations management team. This team bonds the organization together with open communication, transparency and helpful assistance with creates genuine trust. This rubs off on the franchisees and in effect everyone at Cleancorp always go out of their way to help everyone.
The support office and the operations managers offer valuable help and advice. I also talk to other franchises and everyone is friendly and approachable. There's lots of good humor which creates strong camaraderie and we all feel like we belong in one team.
Cleancorp also has strong core values and our valuable mission statement keeps us all focused on providing the best service to all our customers and to ourselves.
It has been a great experience and recommend it to anyone interested in commercial cleaning.

Hi,
We have been with Cleancorp for almost 4 years. We are glad to share our thoughts as a Cleancorp franchisee.
The support from the franchise support office is very excellent. From time to time our customers have some changes, for instance, they move to a new site and a new quote is required. The response from the support office team is quick and efficient. Our clients are impressed with their excellent services.
As for the training, we have been shown the correct way to carry out the job by using the latest tools in the market which can save time and presents a high quality of work.
There are 3 operation managers from Cleancorp. All of them are very helpful and always assist us when we need help and advise from them at any time. We would like to say thank you to our operation manager Sam Khan. He has been really helpful to us.
It was a right decision to be part of Cleancorp. If you would like to find out more, we are more then happy to share our experiences with you.

We brought an existing Cleancorp franchise in Oct 2008 with an expectation of mainly 3 things: guaranteed income, good support and training and potential to expand the business.
We must mention, apart form Cleancorp's excellent support and training, we are earning a guaranteed income and are very excited to expand our business...hopefully, within the next 6 months.
The only change we propose to the Cleancorp's current policies would be to deduct their royalty fees monthly rather then weekly, which could help franchisee's cash flow. Other then this, we are happy beyond our expectations!

Cleancorp is a wonderful organisation and brand to be associated with. The existing and future potential that cleancorp provides has already exceeded my initial expectations.
Cleancorp provides franchises with wonderful growth opportunities and an excellent system to ensure seeming less support and encouragement.
My purpose for joining the organization was simply to build an additional stream of income; it has done that and much more.
